Reaching new heights in the heart of the Dublin Docklands

Boland’s Quay is an exciting new landmark development constructed by BAM Builders.

SURFASOLOGY went deep into the bowels of this prestigious structure to waterproof the Attenuation Tank, the Wet Wells and the Pump chambers using products from the Drizoro Range.

The surface preparation was completed using Maxplug, Maxrite 500 and CONCRESEAL 5, whilst the waterproof coating was provided using the spray applied non-toxic, flexible waterproof coating Maxseal Flex.

Jamie has spent over ten years working as a Quantity Surveyor with a background in the construction industry (from residential build to pharma projects). All this contributed to his thorough understanding of the requirements and priorities when performing his tasks of a Quantity Surveyor.
