AKM Design were the designers and Premier Engineering were the main contractors of this development of 21 dwellings located close to Charlestown Shopping Centre, Dublin 11.

SURFASOLOGY were selected to provide the “waterproofing” for the balconies and landing areas of this exclusive development, designed and built to the highest standard.

SURFASOLOGYS installation team applied Maxseal Flex to provide full protection of the reinforced concrete on the balconies and landing areas. When cured, this two-component product is resistant to UV rays, it provides a fully flexible coating ensuring complete waterproofing even in the most severe conditions; Maxseal Flex also withstands atmospheric pollution and the effects of freeze / thaw cycles.

Jamie has spent over ten years working as a Quantity Surveyor with a background in the construction industry (from residential build to pharma projects). He has been involved in all aspects of construction collaborating with small builders and large contractors on projects of varying sizes and scale. All this contributed to his thorough understanding of the requirements and priorities when performing his tasks of a Quantity Surveyor.
