This elegant town-house is built quite close to a fast flowing river. The ground floor of the property is partially below the level of the town’s main-street and because the water-run off from the main-street flows towards the river, the structure is under constant danger from water pressure.
Following some remedial works to the walls, the below-ground area of this structure was tanked with Maxseal Flex which is suitable for both positive and negative water pressure, resulting in a dry basement area.
