There will be car and bicycle parking spaces in the basement and a central courtyard, with paving and landscaping works and include tree planting and green areas.

SURFASOLOGY were contracted to design, supply and install a waterproofing and protection system for the below ground reinforced concrete structure. The site-specific design required full protection for the below ground structure including waterproofing, radon and protection from soil contaminants.

The SURFASOLOGY design consisted of the installation of DualProof T Membrane under the base slab to provide full protection to the reinforced concrete. The detailing of the construction joints using CEMflex VB Plate and the installation of the Maxseal Flex System to provide full protection to the retaining walls.

This SURFASOLOGY System meets the specified requirements for this project.
