Description

The DualProof Membrane System was used to protect the below ground reinforced concrete against groundwater, radon, methane gasses and soil contaminants on this development of architecturally designed A-Rated homes located at the shore of Marina Village Greystones.

The DualProof Membrane, with its unique ability to mechanically bond to the fresh concrete, was placed on the exterior of the below ground reinforce concrete.

The non-movement joints of the below-ground reinforced concrete were detailed with the high performance CEMflex VB Plate waterbar.

The combination of these high-quality products offers the best possible protection available to the below ground reinforced concrete of this project which is located on the sea-front.

The installation project was undertaken by SURFASOLOGY application crew.
