This project consisted of the refurbishment and a brand-new extension to this beautiful building that overlooks Dun Laoghaire Port and the coastline of Dublin City.
Although the fabric of this beautiful old building was excellent, a considerable amount of remedial works was undertaken in order to bring the Crofton Hall up to the modern-day standards required for comfortable living and to ensure the building itself would enjoy the next 100 years.
