Description

The DualProof Membrane System was chosen to provide protection against water, radon and ground contaminants to the reinforced concrete base-slab and the retaining walls of this exclusive development.

Steel plate waterstop – CEMflex VB Plate – was used to detail non-movement concrete joints; whereas, pipe penetrations were detailed with Quellmax Plus (rain protected hydrophilic waterbar).

The materials were installed by Bretmaster Ltd. under the supervision of SURFASOLOGY (Waterproofing Specialists) and OCSC (Structural Engineers).

Jamie has spent over ten years working as a Quantity Surveyor with a background in the construction industry (from residential build to pharma projects). He has been involved in all aspects of construction collaborating with small builders and large contractors on projects of varying sizes and scale. All this contributed to his thorough understanding of the requirements and priorities when performing his tasks of a Quantity Surveyor.
