The design for the waterproofing and radon protection of the lift pit was completed by SURFASOLOGY. The design included a provision for a connection between the lift pit membrane and the loose laid radon barrier.
The lift pit subbase was prepared by FVG Construction. Hollywell Construction fabricated the DualProof T Membrane with a surplus of membrane for the connection to the loose laid radon barrier. The fabricated unit was placed into the properly prepared lift pit area and detailed by Hollywell Construction.
FVG Construction complete the installation of the CEMflex VB Plate, the connection to the loose laid radon barrier and the placement of the concrete.
