The requirements of the main contractor of the project (MG Developments) were to provide a system that would waterproof the basement and offer radon protection to this existing structure. The DualProof Membrane System was selected for use and the installation was successfully completed by our approved installers Warnock Brothers Construction.
Extensive renovations to this beautiful period residence were undertaken by Dabrena Construction. The waterproof and radon protection for the below-ground reinforced concrete was provided using DualProof Membrane and Maxseal Flex a flexible cementitious coating.
JV Ledwith were the main contractors and JJ Campbell & Associates – the civil and structural engineers on this prestigious development at Morehampton Lane, Dublin 4.
