Description

The highly reputable EJ Deacy Contractors & Industrial Maintenance Ltd. are the Main Contractors on this highly prestigious project located on the grounds of the beautiful Ashford Estate.

John Britton are the Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers for the project.

Waterproofing specialists SURFASOLOGY were appointed to design and install the waterproofing and protection systems for the below-ground reinforced concrete structure and for the waterproofing of the swimming pool.

The highly tested DualProof Membrane System was selected for the waterproofing and protection of the below-ground structure, whilst the Drizoro Waterproofing System was chosen for waterproofing the Swimming Pool.

Both systems are fully approved and have an excellent track record on some Internationally known projects.

The formwork / concrete contractors Headford Construction worked in sequence with the SURFASOLOGY approved installers team from Hollywell Construction to ensure the waterproofing/protection systems were installed correctly.
