The street name gives a clue to some of the difficulties encountered during the renovations.
Because of the high ground at the rear of the structure and the amount of water present a system where the water could be controlled was devised and completed by SURFASOLOGY application crew.
These works included the formation of a collection-sump in the floor and remedial works using Maxrite 500, Concreseal 5, Maxplug and Maxseal Flex to control the volume of water and divert it into the collection-sump where it could be pumped away.
All products supplied by SURFASOLOGY for this project are fully tested and approved.
