Description

Situated in Dublin’s most established office quarter, this award-winning project is one of Dublin’s newest Fitouts was completed in 2019 by John Sisk and Son.

SURFASOLOGY were commissioned to supply and install a liquid waterproof coating to the floor and a waterproof coating to the gypsum plaster walls of selected areas of the building.

These areas included Showers, Toilets, Kitchens, Canteens and Pantry’s on several different floor levels.

EMUFAL TE, a water-based cold applied rubberized bitumen emulsion, was selected for used for the floor tanking; whilst Maxseal-Y,an elastic, waterproof acrylic coating was applied to the gypsum plaster walls.

Jamie has spent over ten years working as a Quantity Surveyor with a background in the construction industry (from residential build to pharma projects). He has been involved in all aspects of construction collaborating with small builders and large contractors on projects of varying sizes and scale. All this contributed to his thorough understanding of the requirements and priorities when performing his tasks of a Quantity Surveyor.
