The extensive works undertaken, included the removal of concrete floors and extensive remedial works to the walls of the structure to provide a suitable sub-base for the installation of a waterproof tanking system.
DualProof Membrane in conjunction with Quellmax Plus (waterbar) was installed under the new concrete floors, and Maxseal Flex was applied to the properly prepared walls. All products used are compatible and they provide continuity of the waterproofing between the walls and the floors resulting in a fully tanked dry basement.
