Quellmax Plus (bentonite based waterstop tape) was used to provide a watertight seal to the construction joints of this concrete bund. The new bund was constructed on topof an existing concrete slab and is used to contain aviation oil.
Quellmax Plus was selected for use not only because it provides a watertight joint but because it is also resistant to a wide range of aggressive liquids including aviation fuels.
