Rising Damp Treatment, Dun Laoghaire

Description

A damp proof course had never been installed in the walls of this beautiful old private residence. Over the years, the land drains had become non-functional causing “rising damp” in the walls.

Dryzone was used to install a chemical DPC into the walls, the areas below the “new DPC” and other critical points of the structure were detailed using Maxseal Super and Maxseal Flex. A Surfasdrain System was used to provide a Type C (internal drainage) protection.
