Substantial remedial works to the walls and floors of this structure were required, these works were completed using SURFASFIX SBR modified mortar.
Maxseal Flex, flexible cementitious waterproof coating, was used to waterproof the walls and the floors to provide a Type A (Barrier Protection) to the structure.
SURFASSCREED 100 was applied to provide a protection layer on the floors.
